  When your call is answered, ask for 'Internet Orders', and you will be put through to a member of staff qualified to deal with your order.

• Availability.
  Many of our foods are locally produced and sometimes may not be immediately available.
  Should a particular product be unavailable at the time you wish to order, you will be invited to choose from equally top-quality alternatives, or advised when it will next be in stock.
  Should any potential delay become apparent to us after confirming your order, we will contact you to inform you and you may either agree a later delivery date or cancel your order.
• Delivery.
  We will agree a despatch date for your hamper with you and guarantee that all goods will be in first-class condition at the point of despatch.
• Delivery charges.
  These will be advised when you call.
