1. General.
   1. No goods will be dispatched until they are paid for in full.
   2. Please inform Wisebuys and the courier as soon as possible, if you receive damaged goods.
      This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer. See Acceptance of the Goods below.
   3. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to Wisebuys suitably packaged.
      * Please contact Wisebuys before returning.
   4. We will deal with any complaints promptly. We will acknowledge written complaints within 5 working days and provide a timescale to resolution.
   5. We ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in first class condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange food, beverages or any other item that may have come into contact with the person.
   6. Whilst every effort is made to supply all items and services listed on this Website, there are instances where this may not be possible.
      In these cases we shall contact you to discuss any supply problems.
      You are within your rights to decline any substitutes offered.
   7. Wisebuys reserve the right to withdraw or replace products or services.
   8. We work closely with our Webdesigners and aim to ensure that prices and descriptions on our Website are correct.
      In the event an error does occur, we will make every effort to rectify it.
   9. None of these policies affect your statutory rights.

2. Delivery of the Goods
   1. Wisebuys (the Seller) undertake to make every reasonable effort to despatch the Goods on an agreed delivery date, but does not guarantee to do so. (see 6 above)
      You are within your rights to cancel your order if the agreed delivery date cannot be met.
   2. Most orders are normally dispatched within 3 days. However, we must ask you to allow a reasonable period for delivery.
   3. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days (starting the day after the day the goods are received) without reason.
   4. Customers exercising their rights to cancel will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
   5. We regret that we only refund any extra postage expenses incurred by customers in returning goods, where we have breached the contract.
   6. Application of this cancellations policy to any perishable items or any food items unwrapped by the consumer is entirely at Wisebuys' discretion.

         Fogdesign take every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of Wisebuys products [as provided to Fogdesign by Wisebuys] are correct within the website.
         Whilst colour reproduction is a reasonable representation, Fogdesign cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by variable lighting, computers and/or browsers.

4. Disclaimer
   1. Wisebuys shall not be liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made;
      1. for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier; or
      2. for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.
         This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
   
   
5. Formation of Contract and Governing Law
   1. A contract between you and Wisebuys for the sale of their products will only exist once Wisebuys confirm your order by e-mail or telephone to confirm your order has been accepted.
   2. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually received that message.
   3. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and Wisebuys irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of these Courts.

   2. We never pass on any personal details to third parties under any circumstances, except where required by law.
   3. Within Wisebuys we only make your details available to personnel who require them to perform their role.
